I think that I have Jen beat on the 10 days since my last post thing. Its not that I don't want to post, there just hasn't been anything out of the ordinary lately so I've been wracking my brain trying to think up something.
Lately I've been feeling very grown up. After weeks of trying to get my benefits sorted with work, I finally did. I am now an adult with her own health insurance. I even picked out my primary care physician this morning. Hopefully she will be good. Her associations and credentials looked honorable, but that doesn't always mean something these days. Hopefully I won't have to take advantage of her too terribly much.
Well, as you can see my life is pretty boring. Now you won't be begging me to post (Jen) because you understand that there isn't much to post on. Okie dokie...TTFN.

Maybe you should get someone else to post for you! Really nothing exciting happens in 408 with all of you living there? I am sure that you could share a story or two...change names to protect the innocent if you want! Piano stories are good too...I am sure you have some slacker student that practices all week but can't find middle C
Glad you posted so that I know that you are still around! I e-mailed you before I checked the blog so...I had no idea you posted! ;) Glad you are back for the day at least!!
Cheerio!
Nikki,
Jen doesn't need to post...we just keep commenting. The trick is to get opinionated people to read your blog regularly. ;) You could have someone "guest post". Tim added me to his site. He may rue the day, but I like this idea better than starting my own site. Between the two of us we do plenty of reading and ALWAYS have a comment...
Congrats on a real health care program. Now that you have spent all that time carefully choosing a PCP, I will tell you the honest truth...you'll never see her. You will see nurse-practioners, PAs, Drs. in other specialties. I saw my first PCP once in five years and have never seen my current one. I'm not sure how I even GOT my current one. Colin changed and they automatically changed me over, too, I guess.
thanks for the info..I'm hoping I won't have to see anyone in a long, long time :)
I always see my PCP, (well, not me the kids) maybe every 5 times we go in we see a nurse practioner. I really do like our practice! :)
Hey Nikki, if you get on a soap box you too can have a lot of comments or we can just keep giving you ideas of what to post on!!
Cheerio!!:)
p.s.
I went to the LOOP today. I almost called you when I got there! It was very sad! I have not been there since we were there last year! It was very emotional! Good deals for Abby at old navy! 3 pairs of size 0 jeans, oh the day when I was a 0. I don't ever think I WAS A 0!! oh well!! good genes! (PHIL'S) BYE...
Man Jen, you would love the shopping out here! and there is a Starbucks on every corner!
OK, I am coming out!! ;)
You are welcome anytime! I think Kels might be coming out this summer :)
